a "coco taxi" in Havana

It is an auto rickshaw-type taxi. They have a fiberglass body and a two-stroke moped engine. They are deemed unsafe by some foreign governments (they advise tourists against using these), but as they are cheaper than normal taxis, they are popular - and they thrilled a sweet curly woman. Needless to say, Thelma took this photo.
