Thelma in Ivalo, Lapland January 2019

This was our nicest trip together in a long time. We only concentrated on each other. The snow-covered place was intimate and tranquil. In this picture we were in the cafe of a small supermarket to have a drink and a cake and to warm up, as outside it was about -12°C. There was no hint yet of the darkness gathering on the horizon - the autumns of 2019 and 2020 and the ultimate tragic year of 2021.
