on the St. Petersburg - Moscow night train

From László on 28th October 2021 on the St. Petersburg - Moscow night train

On this trip we went for the cheaper train tickets, which meant we had to share a cabin with two other people (four beds in each cabin). Luckily, on the way to St.Petersburg from Moscow we had only one companion - a Turkish guest worker, who snored, unfortunately - although, only Thelma managed to sleep with all the rail rattling and nighttime hooting anyway. On the way back to Moscow (when this picture was taken), by sheer luck, we had the cabin to the two of us. On a later trip to Russia, we bought a whole cabin exclusively to ourselves (prices are not like on British railways).
